Those hard to ride wagons

They make these damn things really easy to fall off.

It has been a few days since my last post, and although I did work out once in that time span (and it was good), I didn't document it nor did I do a particularly good job of keeping up with my stuff.

Life is going a bit askew at the moment. My poor Subaru is up for sale and a deposit has already been dropped on it. The good news is my parents are finally warming up to the idea of me riding a motorcycle (which is good because I already have one picked out).

The social life took an interesting turn when I went to a little bar/pizza place yesterday. I drank a wee bit more than I intended but it was a good time. The aftermath wasn't pretty though. This whole day I have been fighting a horrendous hangover. An eight hour shift at work doesn't add much to the good head feelings I was having.

I do have some good music in my ears at the moment though. I had acquired a copy of Norma Jean's Meridional but never really gave much effort listening to it. I am now and it is quite phenomenal. Thanks AP for making me give it another shot.

We also purchased Netflix at our house and I must say it is a great deal. I now spend way too much time watching things online though.

On to the stats!

DIET

A bagel sandwich from BnB, a pear, a smoothie, two slices of pizza, and a lot of water. I didn't eat much today because I've felt like shit. See drinking paragraph.

WORKOUT

Nothing today. Just being awake and mobile was more than enough.

SLEEP

I'm not really sure when I went to bed. But I know I got less than 8 hours of 'sleep' (passing out). Needless to say I haven't been good recently.

Starting tomorrow, we get back on the horse and take care of this goodness.
